Job Description -

  • Working knowledge of the software development process

  • Minimum 8 years experience of successful IT Business Development.

  • Proven track record of increasing revenue and client base

  • Must be experienced in the IT solution sales business

  • Identification of new opportunities, prospecting, and lead management.

  • Proficiency in negotiations and sales techniques.

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage with clients across their business and IT teams and up to C level

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and managing & retaining relationships with existing clients.

  • Attract strategic sales partners and enable them to sell our products and services

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Time management and planning skills.

  • Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities.

  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers in a clear and concise manner.

  • Experience and awareness of social media technologies

  • Ability to demonstrate good written and oral communication skills

  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a solution selling environment

  • Competence in using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other Office software
